On the occasion of the review of Chad by the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, the FIACAT, WCADP and ACAT Chad examine the implementation of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights.
The purpose of this document is to examine Chad's implementation of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights. It was drawn up jointly by ACAT Chad and the FIACAT. Its ultimate objective is to contribute to the improvement and respect of human rights in Chad
The report is structured around two main axes. First, the report examines the legal framework in Chad, then, in a second phase, it examines the implementation of the Charter article by article.
