FIACAT and ACAT Benin sent to the Human Rights Council their concerns regarding the situation of torture and ill-treatment in Benin. The Human Rights Council is reviewing Benin’s situation during the 14th session of the Universal Periodic Review from 22 October to 5 November 2012.
