Luxembourg will be considered for the second time, during the third session of the second cycle of the UPR to be held in Geneva in January / February 2013. On this occasion, FIACAT and ACAT Luxembourg submitted to the Council of Human Rights their joint report. The reassessment will be an opportunity to assess the implementation of recommendations accepted by Luxembourg during its review and prior to the evolution of the situation of human rights in the country.
