FIACAT and ACAT Brazil sent to the Human Rights Council their concerns regarding the situation of torture and ill-treatment in Brazil. The Human Rights Council is reviewing Brazil’s situation during the 13th session of the Universal Periodic Review from 21 May to 4 June 2012.
