After graduating from Nanterre University (France) and Westminster University (Unied-Kingdom), first in International Law and then in Human Rights and Civil Liberties, Guillaume Colin joined FIACAT as a volunteer in 2004, working on the Togo file in close cooperation with European institutions and the UN Committee against Torture.
After spending several months in 2006 with Amnesty International in London, he was employed by FIACAT in September of the same year.
Since then he has been responsible for the Death Penalty mission and the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights. He is also in charge of FIACAT’s communication tools.
