The Committee against Enforced Disappearances held its fourth session in Geneva from 17 until 28 March 2014.
The state in which an ACAT exists, having submitted a report on the implementation of the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance and whose examination by the UN Committee is expected during this session:
GERMANY
This is the first review of Spain before this Committee. Committee experts were able to monitor the implementation of the Convention by the State Party.
