"Defusing the Ticking Bomb Scenario. Why we must say No to torture, always"

January 2008

[English] [français]

Please, find below the English version of an APT document (Association for the Prevention of Torture); APT is one of FIACAT’s main partners within the Coalition of International NGOs against Torture (CINAT):
"Defusing the Ticking Bomb Scenario. Why we must say No to torture, always."

This booklet was developed by the participants of a seminar held at Geneva in June 2007 representing all member organizations of CINAT and by experts. FIACAT was thus represented by Bernadette Jung, member of the International Bureau, Claire Chimelli, FIACAT’s representative in Geneva, and Sylvie Bukhari-de Pontual, Président of FIACAT.
