In response to the Republic of Cameroon’s second periodic report on the implementation of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights, FIACAT and ACAT Cameroon transmitted an alternative report to the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights in May 2010.

This report particularly addresses attacks on the right to life (article 4), the absolute ban on torture (article 5), and the right to the liberty and security of one’s person (article 6).
