The Human Rights Committee held its 86th session in New York, from 13th to 31th March 2006.

The Committee examined the report on the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of :

Democratic Republic of Congo

The examination by the UN Human Rights Committee (HRC) of the third periodic report of Democratic Republic of Congo took place the 15th and 16th March 2006in New York.

FIACAT followed this session and made a report on the follow up of the HRC’s recommendations to ACAT RDC.
