The Committee against Enforced Disappearances held its fourth session in Geneva from 8 to 19 April 2013.

The state in which an ACAT exists, having submitted a report on the implementation of the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance and whose examination by the UN Committee is expected during this session:

In preparation for this first review of France before the Committee experts to identify the compliance of commitments made by France with respect to the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, FIACAT ACAT France and other partners (TRIAL, ICJ ...) jointly submitted a shadow report
